can you set channel 3 and 4 to copy 1 and 2? if so, you may be able to wire 1and2 bridges to one coil and 3and4 bridged to the other coil. though it may not work as i have never tried this.

Yes, you can bridge a pair of channels to each coil of the sub...kind of a ghetto way to run a sub, but it'll work.
