Just seen on the news and of course the family is alleging "brutality".

i say brutality against on the cop...i woulda knocked her teeth out so she couldnt bite anyone again.

I think the pepper spray was a bit much, copnsidering he punched her. Maybe a punch and a head slam into the hood. But he got bite hits her, looks at his arm thinks about it then sprays her.

i think its because she was still resisting and after the bite, he was fed up with her. he could have sat there all night wrestling with her or he could spray her and get it over with.

It happens here in baltimore all the time. my niece got arrested last summer. They arrest you take you to central booking and call your parents to pick you up. Your parents get fined.
