There are too many factors you do not know such as the type of neighborhood she was in. In the city I used to live in, cops were more strict on curfew in places called(for lack of a better term) the "hood", but in upscale neighborhoods it was not enforced as much. Reason being, why does a 15 yr old girl need to be out roaming the streets alone at night? He would be doing her a favor by cuffing her and bringing her home.
I think the cop did exactly as he should have, the punch may have been a little much but it was just a reaction. Im sure he was thinking "ahh shit if this nappy headed hoe bites me and has aids then im screwed". Sad thing is, Rev. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will be all over his *** if this makes it to national news.

agreed if someone bites you no matter who it is girl/guy your gonna want to hit them in some way shape or form. i think the officer might have been able to talk her down more

but i think he handled it quite well for her being a screaming whiny biotch

even if you are being wrongfully arrested(which she wasn't from what we know), you have to be a tard to resist arrest.

From that situation on I agree.... but I don't see any reason why he was arresting her in the first place. Shit when I was younger than 15 I'd be in my neighborhood walking around, maybe just going from friends house to my house? I don't think there was any reason to arrest her I think they just used the bullshit cerfew law to save his ***.

Thats what I don't get, why do people resist arrest? No matter if its right or wrongful arrest, resisting is just going to make the situation worse.

They wouldn't arrest you to take you just to your house.... even if she was high there isn't shit they could do about it...
I bet the cop seen her walkn down the road.... she does look like a crackhead but don't mean she is...prob just a poverty starved child...neways he probally seen her walking down the road assumed she was a crackhead probally with drugs on her and probally was going cause trouble he probally goes on to harrass her and she starts resisiting and leading to this.... still her fault but I think the cerfew thing is just a bullshit coverup for what he thought was a crackhead and arrested.

I think the pepper spray was a bit much, copnsidering he punched her. Maybe a punch and a head slam into the hood. But he got bite hits her, looks at his arm thinks about it then sprays her.
