Trying to get a replacement for my DS800X4. I think the outputs may have been damaged during shipping (very little padding). I've never returned anything from Amazon or E&B electronics. Any idea what I'm in for?

I just lost 50 pounds, so, I'm sure that helped. 235 to 184 at 50 years old. You youngsters would be jealous of the abs on this old man. Like I said before, this shit makes me laugh.
