Connection issues

take a battery to the trunk,, or take your amp to the front of the car. get some random wire and connect the amp directly to the battery. If the amp turns on from that,, you have a problem in your power and ground runs. That should give you an idea of whats happening.

everything is a bit messy but you power looks like it should be good, as long as your fuse is ok.

take a really good picture of the exact point where you have your ground cable connected.. This is important. And also, what are you using for your remote turn on source. For trouble shooting sake, just jump those terminals together. If it turns on by doing that, it is your remote turn on wire. If not,, it is most likely your ground. if no luck, Try doing what i said earlier. Also,, check the fuses on your amp itself. Do you have a digital multi meter to test your current?

In the video I'm still only seeing 2 wires to the amp where there should be 3. There is no wire connected to the +12v terminal on the amp (it should go to the + side of the battery)

We already went through that with him.

I looked closely at the vid.... he is grounded to his power antenna. Ill bet anything that is the problem.

Ohk so ive been doing some work on it myself

and i hooked everything bak up n i grounded it to a different spot on my car

the amp light turned on when i did this but the subs werent bumpin

so now wat mite be the problem??
