Amp to Battery Ground?

I am running a second battery (NSB90) in my Magnum. Both batteries are in the back next to the amp. Can I simply attach the amp's grounds to the ground on the NSB90? I am running a IA40.1 with 2 grounds and using all 0awg.

I guess my main question is does it matter which battery I wire the amp too?
