Computer problem?

Ever since the first time i manually cleaned up my HD of unwanted files, it does this everytime i try to delete something. Sometimes after a while of the screen looking like this it will work, but most of the time it will freeze and have to ctrl alt del out of it or pull the plug //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif What can i do? does your computer do this? I have no viruses...

EDIT i cant get the attachments to work OR putfile uploader. hang on.

corrupted sectors perhaps. Run scandisk (error check in tools) on your primary HD.

Browser issue. go to http://www.mozilla.com and download mozilla firefox. use that instead of IE (IE is garbage). I am a computer wiz, work for centurytel, ccna cert. dell cert. etc. do this and you should be good.

EDIT: I thought you were referring to just adding attachments/uploads to putfile.

or actually fix the problem...go into your control panel then go to add/remove programs, u should find IE in there, click on it then go to repair.

Also run a good spyware program...adware, spybot etc etc
