I dont understand the crossfire and on axis off axis lingo, see it seems much easier to just do coax's

Sure it's much easier. But you lose your image most times.

Crossfire means pointing them at the opposite listener.

On axis is pointed directly at you.

Off axis is typically how factory cutouts on a door already are.

Dude just buy a hole saw and put the tweeters in your door. takes like 10 minutes if that. THey are just as easy as coaxials, and sound wayyyy bettter. YOu wont regret it.

I run my tweeters in my integras doors and they sound much better then the Polk DB's the car came with. Definatly better.

It doesnt matter TOO much how far you place them from your woofer, but i believe its like 3-6"??? can anyone back me up

In my malibu i had they were like 8" apart, and they still sounded amazing/.
