Cheaper Lower powered 18s?

I would go OA over AT personally Ihhave never messed with the stratos just were along the lines you wanted. The pic is of his stock focus on rims nothing of importance or special. The hdcs were said and they are far from low powered what amp did you plan on running? Maybe even the lowest grade digital design sub I'll ask a dealer tomorrow if you want

Ill probly just keep the Apsm2k for the time being. But when im done with the build it would probly be around 2k for the subs as well, ill probly go with the OA's unless the dd's are a good price. But im not sure what amount of power the OA's can take tho. The room that i want will allow them alittle over 4 cubes each net per sub so i will be running a slightly smaller box for then the OA site calls for so i should be able to squeeze them alittle bit more power

Why not run some OA 15s in 8 cubes? I'm sure you know small power big box, high power smaller box. 2k will put you in a good range with 2 OA 15s do you want the 15s for.cone area and numbers?

A pair of the Treo SSi 18's would work perfect. But good luck finding them.

Don't think they would like 4 cubes buy gowdy the idea of a custom also sounds good but price will need to be considered. Are you inverting the Subs? Not many 18 will be really happy in 4 cubes each I still think 15s would be best

Buck used the old strato 18s... they were a lot cheaper and rated for 400 RMS.

i mean ill run more then 2k to a pair if they will take it. i just dont know what they are known to take. i compete some so yea im looking for cone area and when i compete itz on music.. what would be a good amount of power for a pair of OA 18s yes i want 18s if i have to ill make some room adjustments lol
