Chaseinbass 96 GMC rebuild sort of ?

@wew lad my engine bay looks very identical to Chaseinbass's one. There's an area on the right side where they have put a storage container in there. So it is possible and he proved it, to have another battery in it's place. See if I can find a pic...

To the right, the black box. Easily removeable.

Started on my new amp board to make room for the two more PPI 900.4 and DSR1 and wiring .

But may be adding one more ppi 900.4 depending on if I need one bridged to my new mids and depending which mids I stick with and I am going to try these two to start with.

These first because they will fit in my existing A pillars without much modification. But being so small I don’t think they will do what I need . In that case I will build new A pillars for these

They look loud Af , we will see lol.

Got the mdf cut and built a bridge for my router so I could cut some pockets to recess the amps into it a little to clear my seat back and that took a lot of time and patience to get them cut out - and mdf lol ruined the first one ha ha !

Need to get some carpet to cover it with and start the wiring next. May add a pocket for Taramps on the bottom too just so it looks the same.

Got a little time to make another bridge so I could router the recess for my Taramps 15k to match the recesses for the 900.4s and got it cut out too and learned a lot doing it ? Seemed so simple when I started but wasn’t lol and I made a few mistakes and wasted some MDF but learned how to do it and came out perfect .

Also picked up some hurricane nuts and machine screws to remount amps more securely this time and got more carpet to cover it too.

Update decided to use @Jeffdachef suggestion and run 4 ppi 900.4 and all four bridged into 2 channels, one for tweeters , one for mids , two for mid bass and should kick azz ! Ordered the last one today . There starting to get hard to find for some reason? I got the last two this supplier had .

Had to re router some room for 4th ppi 900.4 and get the thread inserts installed and got it covered with carpet and got another amp in the mail , waiting on one more amp ( Christmas present from my GF ) then I can finish it up. Got most of the wiring done and it’s looking pretty good so far ?

I really like those marine distros, they're a little pricier though right?
Heck no ! 7 bucks and stainless steel too. I get all my stuff from them top shelf quality and prices much cheaper than car audio.

Check them out 4 Point Terminal Busbar

theyre actually glass fiber reinforced, thats pretty cool. only 16 percent but that definitely helps. i bet they're way harder than the clear plastic ones you see all the time. doubt you'll ever break them

Haven’t broke one yet and tighten up very tightly too lol VTE has a lot of cool stuff for heavier installs.
