Center sub vibration

i have two 10" MTX subs, and one of them started vibrating in the center (like, an annoyingly loud vibrating sound, as if it were the side panel of a car vibrating). When I press my hand against the center, it stops, and when I take it off, it comes back after a second or two. I tried searching around, and couldn't find anything that explains this. Can anyone tell me what's going on and if there's anything I can do about it? Thanks.

u messed up the former to the spider joint. it broke loose most likely and its the coil slapping the cone. OR u have tinsel slap

so would i need to just glue that back into place?
