everytime you get tired of something in your car or it lost its newness its comparible to coming down off of something lol.

I've have two compete setups sitting in my room right now. I could even wire them both if one ran 4 gauge. Plus the complete setup thats already in my truck that I rarely drive. My suv has nothing but highs and my trucks is complete makes total sense to me lol.

I can kinda relate to this.

I was stock and couldnt take it, so i put my F90BT from my avalanche in, along with some CTX components (sounds awesome, btw).

A couple weeks later, i did two substage installs on two other peoples cars..... without having to buy any equipment.

bleh, maybe i should just buy the laptop on payments right now, that way i cant buy the expensive stereo equipment.

Lol but in SQ you can actually reach a point of overall happiness... IN SPL your just chasing a number, you can always get louder. While SQ can always improve in a car, you can much more easily hit a point of "good enough" if you know what your doing. Plus the idea that you need to spend 4k on amps for a SQ system is wrong. SQ is cheaper than SPL overall if you actually value sound over name brands. Your looking at it as a SPL guy and your viewpoint is wrong for the most part, not all SQ installs use audison thesis amps and Focal Be component speakers. Most of SQ is in the install.

been in it for about 7 years, I have approx 3k in it. I sell my old system and do a complete revamp (minus h/u, wiring) about every year. But I usually buy used and won't buy it unless it's too good of a deal to pass up.
