Not normally. Typically is an additional coverage you'd have to purchase as well as full coverage.it's included with the general auto insurance you retarded monkey

Not everyone owns their home and has home insurance. Most insurance companies require you to purchase additional coverage for anything beyond the factory equipment. If it gets stolen while parked at your house, it is covered under home owner's insurance. Similar to if someone jacks your TV or other electronics. We asked our insurance agent.
As for being stolen at Walmart or something, it depends on your insurance company. Some specify that equipment must be permanently fixed to the vehicle in order to be covered by the insurance.
Loose boxes in the trunk with sub(s)/amp(s) attached are not covered by our insurance when the vehicle is not parked on our property.
We do own a home and have home owner's insurance. That's how it works for me. I'm not saying every insurance company is like that. Not everyone owns their home and has home insurance. Most insurance companies require you to purchase additional coverage for anything beyond the factory equipment.
