Car Audio Gods, Please Advise

guys I already have a 12" Soundsplinter RL-P powered by eD Nine.1. Now I am thinking about upgrading my car speakers. Now the problem is that in my car I can only fit 4" components. I like loud, clean, dynamic sound.

Here is what I have come up with so far and some questions....

I am thinking about Rainbow SLC 4" components up front and by the way I am not going to rip apart factory HU. I am going to use JL Cleansweep.

Questions:

1. Are the 4" SLC going to get loud?

2. I like rear fill but do I have to go with SLC's for rear fill as well or can I go with some different 4" components?

3. Can anyone recommend an amp to go with this SQ setup? Preferrably under $300

you dont need the same speakers, but a properly set up frontstage will be more than enough. it should fill your car with sound. i use my rearfill for more midbass. i got some 6" kicker midbass drivers in the rear, because my eclipse comps blow for midbass response.

component amp, i use the eclipse ea2000. tons of options. rated at 75 x 2 @ 4ohm. more than enough power.

My brother thought he could only fit 5.25"s in his doors... until I busted out my jigsaw.

I am going to do some custom fab and try to fit 5.25's in there. Now here is the question. I have narrowed front comps to SLC, Germs, or PG RSD comps. I havent heard any of them and it seems like all of them have fans on this forum. Which ones should I go with. I listen to music like Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Talib Kweli, Kanye, Mos Def, Metallica, Rush and stuff like that. Also I am highly debating rear fill...everyone says no but I have never heard a car without rear fill and have no idea what it would sound like.
