i was wondering if there was a way to make the sensitivity of a car alarm higher so it picks goes off easier. mine seems to only go off when a door is opened when the alarm is armed. i have the viper 350 HV
yeah... just turn the shock sensor up.. i THINK on that model it has a built in shock sensor... so find the brain... and on the side there will be a knob... turn it til you get it how sensitive you want it... who installed it?
i got it installed at a place called sound blazers. i guess ill just go back there to have them do it unless i can find the brain, any idea where it would be?
just to warn you, i had mine instaled and i had to take it back b.c the shock sensor was going off all the time i mean like 3 or 4 times a week like 3 or 4 a.m. so just make sure they dont put it up to high inless you like geting woken up in the moring to your care alarm. o yah it really pisses your nabores off to when it goes off , oppsssssss
should be somewhere under the dash ziptied up tightly... if u find it... just turn it a LITTLE below halfway... and then shut ur doors.. arm it... and bump the car with ur fist.. not on a window tho.. like on the pillar by ur windshield and ur window... u want it where it won't go off if something brushes by it or a truck drives by.. but u don't want it where u have 2 break the glass 2 make it go off
