i used RE Enclosure Calculator and it says 23hz that but that doesnt seem right when each side is only a little more than 1 cubic ft

If it is two chambers/two ports, it looks to be tuned around 40 hertz.

assuming the port height is the same as the sub cutout, if it was any bigger, it'd be tuned higher.
