i need some baffle rings made for my componets. they need to be cut for 6.5's and be 1" thick. let me know how much and how fast u can get them to me. thanks.

1" is what i need to pull them away from the window. the OEM speakers have a plastic spacer to get those up the 1", but i can't modify them to make em work with the new ones.

hmmm...do they sell 1" thick mdf at Home Depot?...or Lowes? Let me give 'em a call tomorrow. If they do, give me $5 for gas, pay for the sheet of mdf (they may even sell smaller pieces), cover the paypal fee and shipping costs ($4.60 priority for under a lb.) and I'll cut you up a pair, man. How wide do you want 'em? If you want 'em to be perfect, give me exact inside and outside dimensions and I'll hook you up....and if neither Lowes or Home Depot sells 1" thick mdf, will four 1/2" rings work?

You know, I actually have some mdf in storage but I think it's 5/8" thick. It's also a little dirty (even a little stained in some areas) but if you're going to wrap 'em, that shouldn't matter, right? You could also sand them down a bit (to clean 'em up) but if there are stains on 'em, you won't get them 100% spotless. If you want me cut you four rings out of that (will be 1/4" over), I'll do it for $10 plus the shipping and paypal fees. Five would go towards gas (still have to drive there) and the other 5 would be for the material. Let me know if that'll work for you.
