I won one of the enclosure design sheets in the charity raffle, and recently came across a thread saying that Jmac has a dead pc. So, quesion is, does anyone want to help me make a home for my 15" xxx?

it should work either way, give or take a few cubic inches/tuning.

Yeah, I need to design a box for the back of my 98 Eclipse for my 15" Brahma and was going to have Jmac do it, but I think I can just design one myself as long as I have the correct amount of cubes. That and it'd be easier for me to do it when I get home and make sure it actually fits in the back where I want it. I'll probably measure everything out when I'm there for spring break and try coming up with a design and then posting it here to get everyone's thoughts. Considering I've never designed or put together a box before, I need the help. Now if only I could do the entire electrical install instead of going to the local shop :/

bracing for the SUB? surely, you mean for the box. Youcan opt to brace your boxes using steel rods, drilled out MDF panels, etc. shouldn't affect that much of volume area.

Yeah, bracing FOR the sub, IN the box. Not quite sure how it wont affect volume, and in turn tuning, if i put things in the box.

Oh, thats all it would change it? Okay, Ill go with those plans then. Now, this will be the first box Ive done, and I want it to come out nicely. What would be the best type of bracing? Im thinking the steel rods, but how exactly would I put them in?
