I need to buy some car parts off of ebay and the only payment is paypal....If someone can lend me $175, Ill send them out a money order tomorrow. Let me know if anyones paypal account is ballin lol...

I went over on my credit card and paid extra on it but its still saying i have $0 credit...i think they dont clear it for good for like 10 days or somethin : /

yeah paypal will instant transfer money from your bank account if you don't have the funds in your paypal...

You set up your bank account with paypal. And you can pay like a debit card basically.

If you have E-money to load the visa, you have E-money to pay via debit card from your bank account in paypal instead.
