Im leaning twards an Hc and I think it has been re-coned that might be throwing everyone off.. I dont know but I will be going to Re tomorrow to ask them.

The only woofer RE put a black steel plate on top of the motor was the HC. That is there to cover up the stamp of another company that went under before they bought these from RE

Incorrect. My seXXX (SE motor with XXX softparts) also has the black steel backplate cover.
