thanks

It may be bottoming out, where the cone/voice coil reaches it's mechanical limit.
How much power are you giving it, and how much is the sub rated for?
its not like that before , its just recently that this rattle problem apeared

class d mono amp is rated 1200w@1ohm

xmax hellraiser 12" is rated 1000w and 2000w peak dual 2 ohm

so you say before and after...
what was before that has changed?
before it doesnt rattle like that and upto now when i press down the dustcap i dont feel that its gliding the pole or sumthing it moves up and down freely

voice coil may be warped
If you notice in the video, it's really not moving much at all.

looks like the surround is possibly not attached properly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
ive removed the ring on top the surround is properly glued on the basket

thanks guys for the replies

here are some others thought on my problem, attached is a picture of the sub and other conclusion were that the spider should not be in that place or shouldn`t have a gap up to the cone they sed that it should be close to the cone, but i really dont know, the spider moves with the pole and cone freely //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
