If your cars stock battery terminals are not very well secured to the battery, these will reinforce them.

Looks like you tighten it onto your battery post and then run the power/ground wire or wires from under the phillips screw.

its for if you prefer using ring terminals on your wire. There is a screw and you just place all the ring terminals on top of each other and secure with the screw.
