Can someone calculate a port for this box?

Alright... I drew up a sketch of the box I want to build.... But I need to calculate a port that will be at the very back through the ski hole in my seat.

Also I have 4.5" of clearance in my trunk... I don't want to build a box and not have it fit in... I just want to know the biggest box I can get in there is.... This box design will only get me about 1 more cube than my old one... and I would really like to get more like 1.5 or 2 more...
