If your wanting strictly Kicker then I geuss stick with it but for 180 bucks I would go with this.

But you have two dual 2 ohm subs. In that case, you can wire to 8 ohms, .5 ohms, or 2 ohms.

Series wiring:

R1 + R2 + R3 + R4 = Rtotal; where Rn= each coil.

Parallel wiring 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 + 1/R4 = 1/Rtotal

You can use each method together to get different values. For instance, if you wire two dual 4 ohm subs in series and parallel, you will get 4 ohms.

Sub 1 parallel coils:

1/4 + 1/4 = 1/2 = 1/Rtotal... Rtotal = 2ohms

Sub 2 parallel coils:

1/4 + 1/4 = 1/2 = 1/Rtotal... Rtotal = 2ohms

Now them in series with each other:

2 + 2 = 4ohms final load.

It's simple math. Remember it and never look like an idiot again.

clarion is good, stinger wires are good, but why all the alphasonik stuff? I had 2 alphasonik 10's as my first system, but I didn't realize how crappy they were until I heard other systems with better equipment....and as for their amps...the 300 watt amp that came with them blew the first time I turned it on.
