Im really not arrogant at all. I know alot of people who run systems like the shitty one I mentioned, and I go along with how cool it is and how good it sounds because, well... We've all been there.
If you re getting that vibe from me, its probably because every time I get mentioned here, someone has some lies to say about me. I dont care about people talking shit if its true, but if it isnt true, thats when it bugs me. Like the people who say I didnt pay for my stereo. I worked my *** off for a year to afford this, and when people say my parents paid for it, that is just flat out disrespectful. If they did, I would deserve or anyon and everyone to call me on it, but thats not the case. I worked for about 14-16 months at 6.79/hr, plus selling all of my old stereo equipment to afford what I had. At one point my dad loaned me about $500, but I paid him back with my next paycheck.

That system would have been just fine with 90% of the people here. People who dont want it at rediculous volumes the whole time. When I reconed to dual 1 ohm, everything was fine. My problem is I know 2 volumes... Loud and Louder. When Im hearing bass at that volume, I just cant seem to turn it down, its like an addiction. With that power it just didnt have the playability that I wanted.

My next system will be started pretty soon, and it will only have about 400rms a sub. Ill have my loud bass and Ill be able to listen to it, also. For this system, I sold my 4 BTL, and worked about 60 hours a week for 4 months at an average of $10 an hour. So once again, for this system, every penny of it is coming from money I earn.

Whether anyone believes me or not, Its not really an issue. I already have my friends. Some are people who are just starting up with systems, and others hold more Wolrd Championships. In reality, I think everyone is just mad that everyone saw the videos of my sytem. Its not like Im seeing a dime from it, or that I really care. In all honestly, my system wasnt shit compared to the systems of most people I know.

Most people here seem pretty cool, but theres a few people that have grudges on me for various reasons, and everyone just thinks its cool to flame people for whatever reason they hear. I know its CA.com and thats what makes it funny. I have had so many nights reading threads by Cotjones and whatnot, and just laughing to the point where Im in tears. Everyone gets flamed every once in a while, and I seem to be that guy alot of the time. Really no big deal though. I just wish that people could actually get to know someone before forming a judgement on them. I think alot of people around here would have alot more friends.

Well said and I appreciate a fella that will stand up to the pecker heads on this forum. As an outsider looking in, this just wreaks of jealousy over this guys system. Regardless of the fact that the subs were tearing up, his system was awesome and well built. Kudos are in order.

Yeah, Cotjones is definately one of a kind. I havent been at car audio for that long, only about 3.5 years now, but luckily alot of the people I know have tught me alot of things. Pipo taught me how to Bassrace at my first dB Drag, for example.

Yeah, Ill be there for sure. Might even have my car out front of the Ocean Center depending on how things go.
