Single sub, louder than 2 12" R's... 2500w?

The title pretty much describes what im looking for. Ive got a ZRS10, and i want to do a single sub. I did a 140.2 with my 2 12"s on a AC over the summer. I want louder. Probably a 15" or an 18" i would assume.

Probably looking to spend like 350.

Room to spare too. Chevy tahoe. lol.

get a used 18" mt they go for around 300 on forums from what i have seen

I was thinking the DP. I was talking to a guy about the one in the FS section. What do you figure that will need? 7 cubes or so?

Death Penaty 15, DD 3515, or older 9515. I hit 145 with a trunk on a single 12, shouldnt be too hard to beat 140 in a Tahoe

I have never actually heard a DP but ive heard nothign but praises about them...

the HD3, though, I have heard, a 15 in a ported box at 40 hz

omg it was *** in my ear

with 2500 watts on one I highly doubt u'd be disappointed

your going to find a hard time getting a single sub loud in that large of air. in my explorer, which is smaller than a tahoe, i did a 143 with a particular box. when i added an identical box and an identical amp and sub i did a 148. even a single 18 is cutting it short. i'd do 2 15's at the least. and of course type R's
