Put it on the ****** hump in the back seat....then you dont have to get out of your car to turn your bottle on or get a remote bottle opener. What kit?

why not hide that nitrous bottle under the panel where rear speakers are? friend of mine has a ***** am and his bottle is hidden in there. very clean looking, unless you want people to see your bottle.

its a kit from nitrousoutlet.com, was going to get a bottle opener but it would be easier to just reach back and open it. The t-top box would be nice but i don't want all that extra weight back there.

I have bought a few things from Dave..good guy. Is it the "brand x" kit? I like my bottle there...easy to read bottle pressure also. The box wont be very heavy..it will be all fiberglass....a tad bit extra weight my help my launch also.

Ill be watching this, I just leave my ttops in my back seat, or leave em in the garage, thats the only bad thing about having a box in the well.

ok heres what i've decided on:

- Front door- RE audio re6.5 comps

- Speaker amp- planet audio vx4004

- Sub- Re audio ReSe

- Sub amp- planet audio vx900d

Everything will be ordered on Friday so let me know what you think

Looks to be like a nice simple build coming along.

A friend of mine had an '87 IROC Z, with two Kicker CVR's 12's, only seeing about 300 rms each, and she thumped pretty well. The subs were firing to the hatch glass also.

I say you do a rear seat delete, and mount your bottle and amps back there. It'll keep the rear cleared out for the T-top bag. Unless, you always have people in your car.

its been forever since i've updated this but heres the story, my car needed to be faster lol so i put the money i had saved into the engine. But now its the audio's turn. I ordered a Kenwood excelon x792 headunit because i couldn't stand the ipod control of my JVC, i bought a dk link 4 gauge wire kit from a friend, and have got a Mtx thunder 6500d coming. Trying to find a used woofer to save money but if i can't find one a 10" dual 4 RE audio SE will be ordered on monday. I might install the new HU this weekend with the wring kit so ill post up if i do. sorry for the delay.

you should of made a box out of birch to fit into the well, and got 2 10"s or something, when it lays flat, it looks so clean thats what i did in my firebird, look in my sig.

yeah i had 2 12's in my t top well in my old camaro. got extremely loud but im going to see how i like my stealth box. Installed the kenwood x792 this weekend and will post pics later tonight.

Alright im actually going to stop spending all my money on making the car faster and drop some cash on the system. Right now i have the Kenwood X792 in the car, an fitted amp rack on order, a Power acoustik bamf 1600/4 4 channel amp on order and trying to decide which comp sets i want. But heres what will be done over the next 2 weeks:

Headunit- Kenwood Excelon x792

Front Comps - undecided either the Kenwood excelon kfc-x1720p or the pioneer ts-d720c

Rear Comps - Same as the front

Comp amp - Power Acoustik BAMF 1600/4

Sub - 10" RE SE

Sub Amp - Power Acoustik BAMF 2000/1D
