Should I use wood or fiberglass for beauty panels?

Well the fact that I plan to seal it completley off by using panels to cover the spaces, it basically works like a wall. Well...it is basically a wall actually. All the sound and air will sealed into the front. I know what Im doing bro...its alot louder the way it is.

you gonna use that mtx amp?
you ever sell that R? or figure out whats wrong with it?
I am using an American Bass 120.1 SPL for this. I figured out that the surround on that R was coming off. It was moving everytime it hit. Thats why it sounded like it did.

I got the box in today and hooked it up. I will get some pics of it in a little bit. Its a tight fit but you cant be loud and comfortable in a Camaro I guess huh?

i already tryed facing a sub like that in my ***** am epic fail back to the drawing boards for me only thing that sounds good that i have tryed is haveing one where the t tops go inless u wall if off in the back but i dont want to tear my car apart that much =[

Well thats exactly what Im doing. Im walling it off.

You can easily achieve low to mid 40s comfortably in a camaro which is loud to some. Anything higher than that and it gets real hard because of the doors not have frames around the windows. Thats where you are going to have your biggest problem achieving good numbers.

A couple pics...scraped the box gettin it in but nothing I cant fix.

Im just gonna get some rubber mat and form it around the top of the windows to seal the windows off.
