i heard about volume problems with spliced wires. i.e. the signal is quietttt. anyone wanna comment?

okay i got all the wiring done except this part...

after a final look at the diagram tho, it looks like theres 4 speaker inputs and 6 speaker outputs making it appear that theres a crossover in the amp for the front components. so youll have to splice the FR input with both the FR output and right instrument panel output

can you elaborate on this one please
