Tracking numbers can say "label received" and sit for months. Just means they printed a receipt.I got a tracking # but I'm not posting it.
,Yeah I've had it with these guys. Took 4 weeks to get my 2 xcons and 1 of them got destroyed in shipping. Instead of doing what most companies would and immediately order a new one, I had to go through all the ups hoops and now it's been 9 weeks and still never got my sub. It was clearly a packing problem and not really anything ups did. The sub was in a brown box with 4 little pieces of foam instead of the normal wood crate. Definitely not the way to ship a 55 lb sub. All I keep hearing is that they put a rush on the 2nd sub. I would hate to see what it would be without a rushLike others have said, SSA's customer service could definitely use help. Called over a week ago and was told I would get a call back regarding build time and never got a call back. Several attempts after that and no luck. Pretty frustrating. It's been 4 weeks, hopefully it's not too much longer.
