I bought 2 alpine type x 12" subs but dont know why amp i should use well i for know what i need its most likely going into my 98 civic sedan so some help for this begginer would be very help full.

Loud and clean bump, I hear a lot of people's music and some sound like **** more subs then vocals I want good clean clear music not just subs rumbling everywhere.

What size amp you looking to put on the subs?As for the front stage I know little to nothing about that.maybe someone will chime in.

Ok op. Your subs can take 1000 rms each. I wouldn't put much more if any than that. What everyone is asking , is have you upgraded your alt and or batteries? If not. I doubt your car can push 2000 rms to the subs and a good size 4 channel for Mids and highs. Also you'll need a big 3 kit and 0 gauge wires

Atl and battery are all stock, and at work guys tell me to use a 1000w mono amp for my subs

The subs are 1000 watts each rms. a 1000 watt rms amp would barely move them
