Build Questions ('02 WRX Wagon)

Hey All,

So I haven't been around for some time (after switching cars I hadn't had the time to do anything to it for a while) but I am finally sick of the stock system in my car and am ready to do something about it. I am looking to replace the H/U, front components, and rear coax, and add an amp. To fit the speakers I am getting some custom spacers made also. I would love to add a sub but I utilize the rear area pretty often and don't want to lose the space (unless there is some space saving solution you all know of).

Right now the list of pieces are as follows:

Alpine CDE-HD137BT

Image Dynamics CTX-6.5cs (front components)

Image Dynamics CTX-5 (rear coax)

I really am at a loss for amps since I last looked into this stuff and could really use some advice. Looking to hopefully keep it under $200 if possible. As far as wiring, what type of kit would I be looking at getting? Any other suggestions/advice is welcome (have always gotten great info from here in the past).

The new ppi Phantom 900.4's are around the 200 dollar price range, are very efficient, sound nice (IMO), and put out the power they claim to.

That looks pretty good. Is it pretty much standard that the larger brand name amps are no better than their counterparts but just cost more?

Also, I have never deadened any car before but I do know that this one gets quite a bit of road noise and sometimes can get some vibration even with the stock... Will deadening change my life? Or just an added expense. (seeing that most packs just to do the doors looks around $200 or so).
