Alright I'm pushing 4 Alpine type rs with a hifonics 2500 Watt amp in a 91 BMW 525i! I have a stock alternater and stock battery! I was wanting to run a second battery like an x's power battery or something like that but idk if my stock alternator will keep them fully charged or if it will do damage to my alternater! I don't have the money to buy a high output alternater so I was gonna throw 2 batteries in my car to stop voltage drops! Do you think this will work! I'm in desperate need of help!

Have you done the big 3 with 0 gauge wire yet and have a new AGM battery? Those would be the first steps

Yea I have done the big three! But I'm going to order a new battery tomorrow like a xs power 2100 or something like that! Would my stock alternator charge these batteries without hurting my alternater? I just keep killing my stock battery and trying to stop this from happening case batteries are exspencive and I can't keep buying them I just want to keep my battery as long as possible and then when I get a little extra money I'm going to buy a high output alternater! So do you think running 2 batteries on my stock alternater will make my batteries Las longer?

Before adding an extra battery, you need to make sure the main battery is an AGM deep cycle battery, these batteries are designed to be nearly discharged and start, when needed. Having the big 3 without a new main battery that is not a deep cycle battery will not take full advantage of the benefits.

When you add an extra battery besides the main one is when the alternator needs to work harder and that can damage it.

you only use ! and ? lol. but for real you can throw an extra battery in there if you want.

You could, some of those small dedicated batteries will provide justice even for a car, but if you are going to spend $80 for one of those small batteries, might as well spend $130 for a autozone DC PLATINUM agm battery, as good as optima if not better and way cheaper! Chances are your main battery is weak by now anyway.
