Box looks pretty decent, only complaint I have is in the third picture it shows you need to use more clamps when making your baffles because I can see the line between the front baffle and the raised design piece. Either clamp i tighter/more clamps or use putty on the joints there so you can't see where your joints are. Other than that looks good.

There's no putty and no reason for it as he was going for a square seam. There isn't a gap there either. I thought the same thing when I first looked at it and then looked more closely and realized it is a glare/shadow right there making it look that way.
