If I knew where to bedline it, Id do the whole thing so instead, black ports and some nice gray carpet for the outside

i've never heard of a 6th order box.. what are the benifits/weakness of this?

If I had the money, I might have done it. I like to keep things kinda subtle tho.

Making the gasket. I planned on it being in my car today but a setback caused otherwise. Anywho

Thats a ziplock bag cut to strips on top of the silicone.

Gasket will be 1/8"

Nice set up. Got a 97 lumee. Thinking about going With 10's myself. The trunk space isn't the greatest due to the latch that connects the trunk lid with the body of car. I hate that **** thing. I might pm you on how you did that cupholder like that. Might mod one for my iPhone. But overall great build man.

The box is finished for now. The only things left to do are for aesthetic purposes only (wood filler over the screws, carpet, painting the ports, etc) so those steps will be done down the road when I do the amp rack.

The box is a LOT better than my last one which was built to the suggested specs from the manual.

Thanks, right now a RF T10001bd is powering it. I plan to replace it with a sundown 3k and run it at 4 ohms until the single 10" is replaced by two 12" ssa xCons.
