how i cut wood with a circular saw...

pieces cut up...

getting it all put together

done... what do you guys think?

lol, just messin with you guys, i bought a new flush trim bit for my router today and i figured it was the perfect time to try it out...

after i went over it with the flush bit

almost had a problem getting the aero's to fit but it worked out in the end

anybody catchin on yet? lol

yeah... i was using scrap wood so i figured it would be alot easier to put that new flush trim bit to use rather than try to square that piece up with the circular saw

nah... the hole cutout is to alpines specs...
