Build for 10 inch nightshade

If you use a drill bit designed for plexi you should be fine. It would take some major over tightening of the screws to crack 3/4" plexi...

You could use some allen head bolts and the steel/rubber washers just to be safe...

 
I did buy steel and rubber washers. Im just hoping between those and the caulking it will hold good enough to the rest of the box. Im gonna have to drill the holes through the plexi bigger then the screws because trying to thread it would mess it up.

well during like the 2cnd song i played on it some guy from the next building over came over complaining because it was shaking his office so I had to turn it off. Ill listen to it more in depth on my 3 hour ride home tonite.

didn't realize it forgot that bass carries. first thing is it at first seems just as loud as my hdc312 ill see how it goes after a lil more testing and break in
