Got an idmax v2 12 for 150 today. Its pretty sweet, right now its in a 2.0 @ 30 and it doesnt seem to hit the low lows spectacularly. I have another box thats 2.5 cu ft, do u think it would hit the lows a little better in that

Maybe you have something set wrong if its not hitting lows tuned to 30hz.

Whats the 2.5 box tuned to?

i never said it wasnt hitting lows, i said its not hitting the lows with much authority. 32-33

It should perform pretty well in either enclosure. If you aren't happy with the smaller of the two, try out the other one...
