No. No one sells a recone kit or does a recone on a 6 1/2" co-axial speaker even if the tweeter can be removed. I heard they are some quality stuff though.

i was looking for a recone kit for a pair of 7 mids ive blown as well.

not much luck yet.

Ive been thinking of contacting ID to see if they will rebuilt my mids for me.

have you talked to ID?

Ive heard even you didnt buy from a authorized dealer or you bought second hand that will help you out.
