nope its actually good .i would start with the whole 5 cubes and add the port and subs then ,should be perfect then. my box os 6.75 cubic ft for my subs

 
Ok good cuz that's all that I can fit and that's pushing it haha.what kinda amp do you have?i was thinking about getting a crescendo 5500.

What should I do for around 1200 at the most?

 
i run 2 ab 500.1 amps strapped at .7 ,so over 11,000 watts rms .1200 watts rms on 2 mayhems will not move them very well .maybe on 1 sub it would be ok ,4 ohms should be about 1250 watts rms
