After Driver Displacement

Slot Port DImensions

13" high

4" wide --Tuning=33Hz

25.42" long

Everything Check Out????

If not, where did I go wrong?

roughly 3 cubes @ 39 hz, i believe you didnt factor in port displacement.

What I don't understand is how i can factor in port displacement without first getting the length of the port. I would go ahead and build it like that but 39 Hz is tuned to high for my taste...

Well I made a rough version of your box in BassBox and it says 27.75in. for 33hz. Are you looking for SQL? That driver can have a much lower tuning freq.

bassbox pro does not calculate slot port displacement correctly. I've found it do be off 3-4 Hz each time.

i wrote one for the ti-83 and 84 graphing calculators. it's hosted at http://www.realmofexcursion.com downloads section. the port displacement is sligthly off, but i have fixed it since then on my calculator, and try to put an updated one up.

4" wide After all displacements- 2.91 ft^3 tuned to 33 Hz...Am I Right???
