Box help..

I'm just playin'. Actually, the v2 series is supposed to handle low low bass plus do the upper bass too that the 1st version doesn't....but I think that will depend upon enclosure/tuning combo. However, your sub is rated 1500 watts (yeah right!!) and mine is 1250. We know how SA under rates their subs so wouldn't surprise me if you gave it 5k no problem.

I’ve always tuned to 35hz and had no problem playing 20s. I would like this one turned to 32 though but isn’t a “deal breaker”
I'll screenshot a couple of response curves in different volumes first... you lemme know which one you like... then we can play around with Torres... i need to get the V2 parameters tho... I'm sure they'll make a less bottom heavy curve than I saw earlier... that was a V1

See anything different in my sig?

I got to looking at different volumes and they all go low... I came up with this... lemme know if you want to see a few more...

This should put you in the sweet spot with that amp... somewhere between 14v and 12V

Looks great to me. I can still add a double baffle to the top as well with that height. Whats your paypal ill slip you a tip for helping me?
Nah... don't sweat it... I'll have a beer someday if we run into each other if you want to buy one... only one... I can't drink anymore since the stroke... d*mmit!

I'll take a demo too

Here's a design for ya. It's using your exact max diminsions and I could squeeze 68" of port area with a 4.75" wide port at 32hz. This particular design is lower because of the way I designed the braces but that's all up to you

Port length was calculated to be around 33" via Winisd so I modeled it around that.

Not too shabby! However, those port pieces with the angle cuts that touch each other has me concerned. Maybe throw in a 3rd piece in between to "strengen up" the area, make it look more professional looking, if you will? Hope this makes sense. I have seen angle to angle to form a flat at the corners of the port opening.

Nice!... I'm tryin to learn sketchup as well... can you make that same volume/ port area/ tuning with a port/sub up configuration?
