Box Help for 12W6v2

I need help making a box for my JL 12W6v2. Not sure whether to go with sealed or ported. Just want to get the most out of my sub.Any suggestions? Also, can someone help design a sealed and/or a ported enclosure for me? Much help would be greatly appreciated.

either one of these designs is great...i personally like a ported box, lots of others prefer sealed. It's really your choice.

i'm not sure what you want most out of your sub. If you want more output then go ported, if you want more clarity, go sealed. I haven't heard one ported, but they sure do sound great sealed.

the 13w6 my friend has is ported and it does it pretty **** hard.. for an sq woofer
