Box design

Im planning to build a Acrylic box that is for 3 DD 3510. I need to know what should I do. Build the box that has 3 seperate chambers or one big chamber. I need the box to not be tall it can be 45" long and 20" wide(or more) but the hidth I need to be no taller then 15".
