box design help for 2 fi bl 12's

ok so can somebody help me with a design for these? they'll be on a aq2200d amp. im thinkin 2.5 cubes per a sub. the biggest box could 16" 35" 20" (H)(W)(D). idk if i can get 2.5 cubes outta those specs with the port but if i can please tell me. im thinkin around 70 sq" of port like 4.6 inches wide. idk what to tune it at though. do these subs do well at lower 30 or higher 30's?
