Box design for SA10 help

I'm designing my box for one SA10D2 that I will be running around 1000rms. I really need someone that has built a few boxes to let me know if I'm ok.

I want to keep it on one side of the trunk behind the seat and have a port going through the ski hole. Here is what I have designed. Please let me know if this makes any sense. This is my first go around at a ported box. Net volume is 1.36, port diameter is 4 with a lenght of 20inches with 12 of them external to go through the ski hole. It says that the tuning is 33hz.

I'm cheap and will probably make my own flares out of 4" pvc. I've done this before.

Specs look pretty decent. I'd go a little smaller on the net on that much power though. 1.25 would be better and it would raise your port per some. Of course you would need a little more length to get back to 33hz. From the sketch up you attached, the port mouth looks a little too close to the sub. I'd either go less internal with the port or reorient the sub farther away from the port.

Would this work better? I angled it up to still be able to get to teh ski hole and then i moved it down and teh driver up.

Does it matter that the port will be close to the bottom of the box?

I'll trim the box to get ot your suggested. 1.25 too.
