Box design for ext cab silverado

im looking to purchase box plans for a 2005 Extended cab silverado. it is a half ton z71 (1500) non HD.

I would like a single 12" ported between 36-42 hz with speaker downfiring. Around 1 f^3 as i have not decided upon a particular speaker as of yet. Im sure it will be need around 1 cube.

Heres the two kickers....I want to retain my factory rear seat location and height.

Secondly, i want a place on the passenger side of the box to mount the amplifier.

If someone could offer quality plans, i am willing to pay via paypal.

Also, if someone is located in North Carolina, i may consider hiring someone to design and build said enclosure.

Im getting a Silverado soon and Ive been researching this as well. With the hump in the middle you will need to mount the amp behind the seats if you want to port it because the ports will be firing to the driver side where the amp would be.

Do a search for "silverado" in the Build Log section, and I think its ados that has a Silverado ext cab box build there. Comes out to around 2.1 cubes, IIRC.

I have a design that will allow all your needs, but it is for 1 10".

Don't get me wrong, a 10" ported in this box is NUTS. It is designed for 1 DD2510 and allows for the amp to mount under the port on the passenger side floor. (under the seat).

It is ~1.35cuft and tunes to ~37hz (lower in cabin).

THIS BOX IS NOT EASY TO BUILD! There are some weird angles and you need to be good a wood working. It plays off the vehicles acoustics and sounds GREAT though.

go look at fullsizechevy.com there are a couple builds over there.... you may need to raise the seats a tiny bit but who knows...

raise the seat 1/2". go ported to the rear. glass it over the hump. upfire the woofers otherwise acoustically weird stuff happens with the frequencies coming from cone.

six boxes later, we nailed it. this thing with two 1000 series 10"s was flexing the roof like mad with 1100 watts on the pair. this was in my 05 silverado.

How Did you have to raise your seat to fit that box under there?

I have an 03 ext cab and I get no roof flex what so ever.

Maybe I need a better box.

any updates or plans to this? i have an 02 extended cab and was wanting to put two tens aswell. i also raised the seat 2 inches
