Why would he need a different amp? His amp puts out close to 4000wrms correct? he has 2 of them. that is close to the 2000wrms the BTL is. Yes they can handle more but 2000 watts is enough for each.

well, if thats the case then i missed that. i thought he had 1 amp. i figured with only 1k to each woofer he would be better off with the more efficient woofers than the btl.

but if hes running 2 of them, hes gonna need a serious electrical system to even think about running something like that.
