i personally think it looks pretty ghetto when you stack another piece on top of it for a double baffle though.I never liked putting the baffle inside the other boards, i usually put it on top of the other ones. why not runn the speaker wire through the port, no need to worry about air leaks in the back of the the box. It looks good. nice build

well with 4cuft and that much power you want to insure no flexing of the mdf. them top and bottom boards look to be about 38" x 24" thats alot of flat area to not brace when pushing subs that can hit 150+ dBare those support dowels really neccessary?
