Boston G5 Questions?

I saw on there site they can handle 450 Rms and claim 900 watt peak. But what can they really take for a daily use? Are they 700 RMS cable? And what can they be compared to?

Also can two 12" G5's share one 12 GTR?

I have 2 of them and give them about 500 watts each daily with no problem, I think on this site or diy mobile audio there is someone giving them 700 watts apeice with no problems. I'm not sure on the gtr as I just run mine sealed with no radiator.

^^ I run bout 700 watts per sub with no problems. You need 1 radiator per sub.

Ive read that these are a SQ based sub, however can get pretty loud still. Would any one dare to say these are better then a W6 in SPL?

Also is it true it has a 30mm Linear xmax? And how much will adding the PR add in the DB levels?

port the g5... and side by side with a w6 its very hard to tell who is the clear winner there( install dependent)

i currently run 2 12 w6's and i love the sound, but they ****ing blow when you start pushing power to them. I am feed up with these **** subs..

im just looking for somthing that can take the power and still get loud and stay clean...
